May 2008 - 3+1 years Pond Furniture Framework Agreement

Jordan Manufacturing has been nominated by Sellafield Limited, as the preferred supplier for the 3+1 years Pond Furniture Framework Agreement. As regular readers of our News pages will know, Jordan has been manufacturing the recent requirement for AGR Containers and Skips for Sellafield Limited for over two years. However, each order is subject to a lengthy tendering and approval process. Sellafield Limited has now decided to look at longer term provision of these items together with other pond furniture. A number of selected suppliers entered into competitive tender to try to secure this work estimated to have a potential value of £22M.

Jordan has an established production line for these units and a long history of provision of similar equipment to British Nuclear Group. The Company is delighted to have been selected as the preferred supplier.
